About Mugi

MUGI is an Architect and also an organisational development specialist in Strategic Management Office department. She start management role as Balanced Scorecard Project Leader at her previous employer, a Top 10 Architecture Consultant firm in Indonesia – PDW Architects, which requires good management for it fast-growing business. She responsible for developing and implementing programs that align workforce with key business strategies and initiatives formulated in Balanced Scorecard.

Outside of work, She still working on architectural design and provide free service for mosque architectural design in Jakarta & Bandung. In management aspect, her interest is focus on business strategy, specially on operation. Currently, she also work as a freelancer management consultant for corporate performance management with Balanced Scorecard basis.

In her busy day, she love to travel and enjoy the culinary. She has been travel several countries in Europe, Southeast ASIA, Middle East, and planning to have travel to another beautiful country and try an awesome food.
