Mugi started her career as Professional Architect from Architectural design studio in Bandung to Top 10 Architecture design consultant in Jakarta. During her career, she designed several type of building, form landed housing, medium mixed use, to high rise building. As Professional Architect she also opens for personal architectural design service or partnership.

After graduating master degree in Business and Administration at ITB Bandung, she started her career in management development as Office of Strategic Management. And currently, she also focusing on start up business development. She interests on how starting a business in dynamic and digital era, with many disruptive aspects that affecting the business.
